Therapy Tailored to You
Meeting Your Goals Through Therapy
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process—it’s about you, your needs, and your vision for change. Together, we will clarify what you want to achieve, whether that’s reducing anxiety, navigating a transition, improving relationships, or breaking free from old patterns that no longer serve you.
My role is to help you deepen your self-awareness, understand the origins of your struggles, and develop new ways of approaching challenges. With empathy, confidentiality, and a collaborative spirit, I’ll support you in making meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
FAQs
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, I am currently accepting new patients for individual, couples, and family therapy.
What can I expect during the first session?
I consider our first meeting or meetings a consultation process. It is an opportunity for me to get a sense of what you are feeling you need help with and what goals you have set for yourself. The initial consultation(s) is for you to get a sense of how I think and work. This will help us to decide if our working together seems like a good fit. Consultations are 60 minutes in length.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits and receive reimbursement from their insurance company. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.
Rates
Individual Psychotherapy Sessions last 45 minutes and couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly, virtually or in-person. I will be glad to discuss my rates with you by phone or at our first session.
Cancellation Policy?
Unfortunately if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified me at least one business day (24 hours) in advance, I will bill for the full cost of the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, and Zelle.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, although my preference is to meet in person at my Manhattan office, sessions are also available virtually for clients located in New York and Florida.
